Important about Zero-Knowledge architecture
OneckPass uses Zero-Knowledge architecture, which means we don't have access to your master password. This is a security feature — your data is encrypted so that only you can access it.
Recovery options
1. Password hint
When creating your account, you may have set up a password hint.
2. Recovery code (24 words)
If you saved your recovery code when creating the account, you can use it to create a new master password.
3. Emergency contact
If you set up an emergency contact (Premium feature), they can help you regain access.
If you have no recovery options
Unfortunately, if you've lost all recovery options, there's no way to recover your data. This is a security feature, not a limitation.
